From that day onward, though she has not always been perfect she has always made me proud. Today is a sad day for me, because I am giving my daughter away. But I know this is her choice and it is the right choice.
When I first met Paul, I was unimpressed. But I don’t know of a father out there who is impressed by the boys his daughter brings home. Paul, you could be the have climbed mount Everest and I would still have wanted to test your dedication. But as time passed, I saw that my daughter as always knew what she was doing. Karen has come to trust you Paul and so does my wife and I. Thank you Paul for putting up with us until we learned that trust. Though I guess I should warn you that we are are going senile and that trust thing is an easy thing to forget.
